Leach & McGuire’s busy year continues!

Leach & McGuire’s busy year continues with the closing of the sale of Catella’s residential and student housing complex, Trio, in Krakow to Dutch PRS investor, Van Der Vorm Vastgoed, at the end of October. The PRS specialists, who let and managed the Trio project for Catella from the very beginning, assisted the vendor and the legal team of Clifford Chance in preparing due diligence documents and satisfying all operational queries from the buy-side team led by CBRE.

Conall McGuire commented: ‘Typically, Leach & McGuire have focussed on the buy-side in PRS deals. This is not surprising as the team possess a wealth of local knowledge when it comes to the workings of the Polish residential market which give a lot of added value to funds who are new to Poland and the PRS sphere. With the Polish PRS market being relatively young there have only been a few existing commercialized buildings sold on. It is therefore really satisfying to be once again so closely involved in such a transaction and showing our capabilities on the sell-side. We are also delighted to announce that Van Der Vorm have placed their trust in us by renewing our letting, property management mandate at Trio.’
