Zeitgeist Asset Management (ZAM) have chosen Leach & McGuire (L&M) to let and manage 130 units on ul. Wrzesinska in the Praga district of Warsaw and also 50 units on Sw. Barbary in Warsaw city centre that the Czech-based investment group will deliver during 2024.
