New Letting & Property Management Mandate

Leach & McGuire (L&M) have been selected by Van der Vorm to let and manage the 119 apartments that the Dutch investment fund have recently acquired on ul. Siennicka in Warsaw.
L&M have also recently closed the initial letting for Van der Vorm of the first phase of apartments at their new Greendustry PRS investment in Krakow and expect to launch the Van der Vorm Warsaw letting process during the next quarter 0f 2024.
Conall McGuire of L&M said, ‘Together with Van der Vorm we know the Praga district very well having already leased and stabilized 130 units for the Van der Vorm portfolio last year at the ‘La Praga’ building on Radzyminska Street which we helped acquire for them.’
